Account details — name, email address and sign-in credentials, plus your account tier (retail or trade).

Order details — items ordered, shipping and billing address, contact phone, shipping method, tax and totals, and fulfilment status.

Age verification — a date of birth used to confirm you are 21 or older, and a signed verification record stored in your browser so you are not asked repeatedly.

Trade licence information — business name, tobacco licence or permit number, and any documents you upload for verification.

Assistant and support messages — questions you send to the Q concierge or to our support form.

Device preferences — settings such as Q appearance, contrast and motion, stored locally in your browser.

To verify age and trade eligibility, process and ship orders, invoice trade accounts, answer support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, meet tobacco record-keeping and tax obligations, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

Only with service providers who help us operate: hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, and the AI provider that powers the Q concierge. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or by a licensing or tax authority.

Order, tax and licence-verification records are retained as long as required by applicable tobacco and tax law. Account details are retained while your account is active. Age verification stored in your browser expires after 30 days. Support and assistant messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Access to accounts, trade pricing and uploaded licence documents is restricted by authentication and role-based permissions, and licence documents are held in private storage that is not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and update your profile from your dashboard, clear locally stored preferences and age verification by clearing your browser storage, and turn the Q assistant off from your account preferences or the footer toggle. Some records must be kept where tobacco or tax law requires it.

This site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
