This site sells tobacco products. You must be 21 years of age or older to browse product detail, place an order, or hold an account. Age verification is required at checkout, and we may decline or cancel any order where age or identity cannot be confirmed.

Cigars contain nicotine, an addictive chemical.

Retail accounts may purchase at published retail pricing. Wholesale pricing, bundle and case terms, and trade minimums are released only to accounts with a valid tobacco licence or permit number on file that we have verified. We may request supporting documents, re-verify at any time, and suspend trade access if a licence lapses or cannot be confirmed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for all activity that occurs under your sign-in credentials.

Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change without notice, and we may correct pricing or availability errors before an order ships. Retail orders are prepaid. Wholesale orders may be invoiced according to the terms agreed with your account.

Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on the destination you provide. You are responsible for any additional duties or local taxes that apply to your delivery.

We ship only where the sale and delivery of tobacco products is lawful. Orders may be refused, held, or cancelled where local law prohibits shipment or where an adult-signature delivery requirement cannot be met. Title and risk pass on delivery to the carrier unless your trade terms state otherwise.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping of catalog or pricing data, no attempts to bypass age or licence verification, no resale of products by unlicensed parties, and no interference with the security or availability of the service.

If you submit artwork, text, or a logo for a custom event band, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant Blason Cigars permission to reproduce it for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order. We may decline artwork that infringes third-party rights or that we consider unlawful or unsuitable.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
